All service charges paid on HMTVisa.com are considered non-refundable except under specific circumstances listed below. This is because services begin immediately once the application and payment are submitted.


3. Refund Eligibility Conditions

a) Duplicate Payment

If you accidentally make the same payment more than once, you may request a refund for the duplicate amount. Proof of payment will be required.

b) Service Not Rendered

4. Visa Refusal Refund (“Visa Rejection Refund Option”)

If your visa application is officially rejected by the embassy/immigration authority, you may be eligible for a partial refund only if you purchased a specific “Visa Rejection Refund Protection” add-on at the time of booking.

Conditions for this refund:
✔ Valid official rejection letter from the embassy/authority
✔ Application fully processed by HMTVisa.com
✔ Add-on purchased before service submission

Refund amount under this option will be subject to the terms of the selected plan.


5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction or decision notification:

7. Service Fees & Third-Party Charges

Please note:

  • Government/embassy fees and third-party charges are not refundable by us.
